MEXICAN FLAG ENCHILADAS. One beef with chile

con carne, one cheese with tomatillo sauce, & one chicken

with sour cream sauce. 

 

TOMATILLO ENCHILADAS. Chicken enchiladas topped

with a zesty tomatillo sauce. 

 

TEXAS STYLE ENCHILADAS. Cheese enchiladas topped

with chile con carne, fresh onions, & melted cheeses.

 

ENCHILADAS LOS CABOS. Three shrimp enchiladas with

our chipotle cheese sauce. 

 

ENCHILADAS OAXACA. Three chicken enchiladas topped in

our mushroom and cheese sauce. 

 

ENCHILADAS SUPREMAS. Four rolled corn tortillas: beef,

chicken, beans, and cheese. Topped with queso blanco, cheese

lettuce, tomato, sour cream & jalapeños. 

 

BRISKET ENCHILADAS. Shredded beef enchiladas

topped with zesty tomatillo sauce.
